Leah Fleischner

I am a catalyst

for human connection

I facilitate senior leadership teams, peer groups, and executive boards through the conversations that shape their future — grounded in truth, clarity, and presence.

Leadership doesn’t only live in strategy.

It lives in the body, the intuition, the unspoken, and the relational field.
It lives in the quiet place inside you that knows when something is ending, when something is beginning, and when something deeper is asking for your attention.

I work in the two realms where real transformation happens:

your inner world, and the rooms where collective direction takes form.

Some leaders come because their identities are shifting and they feel a pull toward a more sovereign way of leading.

Others come because their teams are stretched, the stakes are high, and their conversations have become heavier, sharper, or more charged.

Most of the leaders I work with discover that these paths are intertwined through the containers I create and their commitment to them.

Are you or your team feeling out of control?

Leadership is changing.

So must the inner landscape of the people called to be leaders.

How We Can Work Together

Executive Team Dynamics

Honest, energetically attuned facilitation that restores coherence, strengthens trust, and brings teams back into alignment with what their true north is.

This is where your culture, clarity, and future direction take shape.

Peer Groups + Retreats

For groups who are ready to move beyond surface-level updates and into real, transformative conversation — rooted in shared humanity, collective wisdom, and authentic vulnerability.

Quarterly Board Meetings

A neutral, steady anchor for high-stakes rooms where clarity, integrity and truth matter more than performance. My presence acts as a catalyst and an objective observer.

I hold the center of the room so leaders can stay in theirs.

THE PRESENCE I PROVIDE:

I am a certified facilitator, executive coach, and companion to leaders standing at the threshold of who they have been and who they are becoming.

My in-person work meets you in places that feel tender, potent, unfinished—the places where truth wants to surface and something wiser in you is asking to lead.

I work at the intersection of inner knowing, spiritual intelligence, and the relational dynamics that shape leadership. I’m interested in the deeper architecture beneath how leaders lead:

  • the patterns you repeat without realizing

  • the intuition you override

  • the values you abandon out of habit

  • the survival mechanisms that carried you here but cannot carry you forward

  • the purpose you’ve sensed but not named

  • the subtle recalibration that begins long before external change arrives.

I hold deep compassion for what you are carrying as a leader, and I am firmly on your side in all its complexity.

I’ve spent more than a decade facilitating impactful spaces and coaching senior leaders, founders, and change-makers. My global facilitation work with YPO forums revealed what leadership looks like when the masks fall away and the room becomes honest.

Alongside my own lived journey in embodied leadership, this blend of spiritual depth, relational clarity, and system-level understanding is what shapes every room I lead today.

The

Drama

Triangle

Clarity creates safety. Safety creates trust.

WHAT LEADERS AND TEAMS GAIN:

• shared clarity about what is actually true in the system

• movement out of drama triangle dynamics and into collective responsibility

• decisions that are felt, owned, and carried by the group

• the capacity to stay grounded and present during tension or disagreement

• communication that opens dialogue rather than protects positions

• a collective intuitive compass the team learns to trust

• the ability to hold complexity without fragmentation or collapse

• more honesty, accountability, and mutual respect across the group

• leadership that feels spiritually rooted, deeply human, and relationally sound

• alignment between stated values, lived behavior, and organizational impact

HOW I HOLD THE ROOM:

  • An abstract outline icon with a starburst contained within a circle shape.

    Psychological Safety

Vulnerability is on a spectrum. I do not assume that what is vulnerable for me is the same as what’s vulnerable for you.

I have a deep curiosity built on respect for your time, intelligence, and passion.

  • An abstract outline icon with diagonal lines within a circle shape.

    Physical Presence

Attunement to the emotional undercurrents shaping decisions

A room held with steadiness and clean strength.

  • An abstract outline icon with a rainbow-shaped pattern within a circle shape.

    Emotional Presence

The courage to name what others are avoiding and the detachment from outcome.

  • An abstract outline icon with geometric and diagonal lines across a circle shape.

    Agreements vs. Expectations

Structure and committments that makes space for depth, not pressure or assumptions.

  • An abstract outline icon of a circle sliced into different proportions on the left and right sides, like a pizza.

    Disruption for greater Connection

Trust is established through disconnection and reconnection.

This is the root of the divergence-to-convergence.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS NOW

We live in a time of B.A.N.I. marked by brittleness, anxiety, nonlinearity, and incomprehensibility.

Old leadership archetypes are dissolving.
Systems are straining.
Teams feel more than they say.
Emotions run close to the surface.
People are craving presence and wholeness in the leaders guiding them.

You cannot meet this moment with the identity you built for a world that no longer exists.

You need:
• a deeper center •
• a clearer frequency •
• a more sovereign way of relating to yourself and others •

If something is shifting beneath the surface of your leadership,
let’s begin there.

REFLECTIONS FROM LEADERS

  • "Leah is by far my favorite facilitator. She has a methodical, calm, respectful, authentic, and engaging delivery. The facilitators I've had in the past were opposite deliveries. Leah's delivery method and personality successfully navigates managing a room of strong personalities while still making me feel equally involved in the learning."

  • "Navigating challenging times and looking for inspiration prompted me to pursue an Executive Coach. The biggest and most surprising takeaway from my time with Leah was that I ended up looking inward for most of our time together. I learned through our time that this was entirely the point, and my sessions helped kick off 'the work,' which I am still doing. I would recommend Leah to someone else because our internal processes are often what hold us back, and understanding these can help create better leadership. I loved working with Leah. I left each session chewing on new ideas, thoughts, and concepts, which kept me deeply engaged. I really enjoyed working with Leah. She is authentic, knowledgeable, and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend her!"

    Adam Johanson: CEO

  • “My sessions with Leah are consistently insightful, introspective and immensely valuable. She effectively listens and plays back what I say in such a way that I am able to see both my own questions and answers through a new light. She quickly and easily developed a rapport with me that put me at ease and made me feel comfortable opening up. Leah’s great about bringing the conversation back around from my rambling to the insight.”

    Nike Executive

  • “Leah has been an invaluable voice, thought partner, and support since we began working together. I’m so grateful for the attentiveness and wisdom she brings as a dot-connector, provocateur, and collaborator. No question about it, she’s made an indelible impact on my growth and success.”

    Chris Jones - General Counsel

  • "Hard to explain but she's very calming and inviting. Nothing felt forced."

Your presence is

an

intervention.

Every threshold in leadership brings shadow and light into the room, into ourselves and into the systems we lead.

This work is about learning to stand with both, without turning away.
Whether it’s your team, your forum, your board, or yourself, you don’t have to cross that threshold alone.
The way forward begins with a single honest conversation. And sometimes that alone sets the pattern anew.

Let’s break the pattern, shall we?
